Trikenight 2010 Benefits Community Healing Centers Children

Since 1992, the staff at STAP, a local marketing communication agency, have assembled and donated nearly 4,000 tricycles to charitable organizations, including the Elizabeth Upjohn Community Healing Center.  Again this year, John Stap, Todd DeHaan, Caroline DeNooyer and Julie Becker spent hours assembling tricycles so that the children trikes in a rowthat we serve can have a brighter holiday.  We are so grateful for the generosity of our community.  Thank you STAP!

“This really is one of the highlights of our year. It’s an opportunity to pay tribute to our clients while helping people who really need it. To us, it’s so much more better than any other gift we could offer,” said John Stap.

The tradition began when Stap decided to give away two trikes, used in a photo session, to Family & Children Services. Since then staff members have assembled and donated nearly 4,000 tricycles.
